2010 POSTER CONTEST RESULTS

The official poster for the 6th edition of the MENA Cristal Festival was chosen by a jury of Creatives (Ramzy Barakat - B, Karim Kazan - Fortune Promoseven, Ghassan Khairallah - Grey, Alain Hochar - Horizon Draftfcb, Joe Abou Khaled - Impact BBDO, Nicolas Gaehchan - JWT, Georges Slim - Lowe Pimo, Omar Boustany - Ogilvy) gathered during the Beirut seminar on Friday 18 June 2010.

The winning poster is "Kiss" by Sajesh Pudussery & Kalpesh Patankar from Young & Rubicam Dubai.

The posters finalists are:

1 - "Coolest" by Elias Chamy, Fortune Promoseven (Lebanon)
2 - "Snow thoughts" by Samir Joshi & Mehdi Elalj, Targets Leo Burnett (Saudi Arabia)
3 - "Shoe & snow fur" by Zeina Rohayem, Fortune Promoseven (Lebanon)
4 - "Brain storm" by Tariq Ayass & Simon Raffaghello, Leo Burnett (Dubai)

2009 POSTER CONTEST RESULTS

The official poster for the 5th edition of the MENA Cristal Festival was chosen by Executive Creative Directors (Brandcom, Fortune Promoseven, Grey, Impact BBDO, JWT, Leo Burnett, The Partnership, Studio central, Tonic, Young & Rubicam) members of the Creative Club of Dubai gathered during the Dubai seminar.

The winning poster is "Survival kit" by Sajesh Pudussery & Wilbur D'Costa from Young & Rubicam Dubai.

Marc Lineveldt, Regional Creative Director - Saatchi & Saatchi, Dubai and member of the Creative Club of Dubai explains the choice of the jury: "This poster was a unanimous decision. There were too many pencils in the snow and paper mountains on offer. It stood out by being simple, fresh and smart. It doesn't ignore the fact that the festival is in the snow covered mountains and it reminds you to bring your brain along. Well done to the team from Team (Y&R)."
